Hard to catch anybody at the shop to ask questions or deal with a real person. Tried to send teleflora arrangement out of town, selected from arrangements on the website. To be delivered on Sat. Got an emailed order confirmation. Flowers never showed up. Found out on Min csnnot order trlefliea thru this business.
The flowers delivered were no where close to what was ordered. They were supposed to be 15" tall and 11" wide. But, when my wife brought them home they were only 9" tall. I was embarrased that I sent them. They looked like a $10 clearance bouquet. I emailed them to see if there was an opportunity for a partial refund or something....no response. I spent almost $50 for this dinky arrangement. I won't use them again.

Every time I’ve ordered from the Rose Wranglers they have gone over and beyond what I’ve expected. Recently my wife has been in the hospital and Mark sent the most beautiful Rose arrangement I’ve ever seen. All the nurses and staff kept coming in to see the beautiful flower arrangement. Thank you Mark for always coming through.
Mark has a wonderful approach to floral arranging. The colors, variety, and flare are always a surprise.
