I have called on and off since March 28th, 2015. Today is 4/10/2015
I wanted to send my aunt, who lives in Davis, flowers for her birthday, Everytime I get a message saying that they are unable to answer the phone and informs the caller, "Please do not leave a message, I don't have time to check it, but when I see your number I will call you back."
They did not get the order right, and delivered the wrong flowers for my mom for mother's day. When we called them about it, they yelled at us. We tried to help them pull up a web page for a reference of what we wanted, and they could not get the address correct so that they could see what we wanted. Then they went and picked the flowers back up from my mother. This is the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a florist. Would not recommend them to anyone for any reason.
Very nice people!!! I order a flower arrangement from them every year for my mom's birthday and every year they send the most beautiful arrangement in a timely manner at a reasonable price... and that is even with me of waiting to the very last minute of placing the order
I have yet to receive a call back.
