Older, but really clean and everything works. The owners are very nice and helpful.
Internet was stable, ice machine worked, a/c kept the room comfortable, bed was entirely adequate. Nothing spectacular, but also no complaints.

Small but isn't that all motels? The people in the office were very nice and helpful. It was also pretty cheap. 2 beds for $60 a night which isn't that bad. It also had a pretty good tv but not the best channels.
