So many selections of pie. They also have frozen pies if you like that. The dining area is nice and homey. They have soft drinks and a cappuccino machine .
This used to be the best place for fried pies ever!!! But we stopped by recently in hopes of getting a dozen pies to share with friends after a funeral and were so disappointed! The pie crust was very greasy and the filling was so full of filler and very little fruit it was such a let down. There was a cherry pie and we actually broke it open to count the cherries and there were only 8 cherries in the whole thing!!!???? It was mostly filler. The pecan pie that you pay more for was the same way. Several of the pies ended up in the trash. I hope that they realize that they have slipped on the quality and rectify the problem, because they truly did have the best pies. Too bad we wasted our money for the dozen that for the most part ended up in the trash.
Delicious and affordable! This tasty shop is just off I35. They boast both sweet and savory fried pies and have a decent selection. This time we had the apricot and coconut pies. They were delightful.
There's only unleaded and diesel fuel.
